We offer a fun and doable way to prioritize mental, physical, and spiritual practices into your daily life.
The physical practices we offer are yoga, meditation and breathwork. By strengthening your body and regulating your nervous system you will experience the benefits of somatic healing - releasing emotional blocks and tensions. We offer strategies for clean eating practices while allowing for moderation.
The mental practices we offer are a mix of mindfulness meditation, Voice Dialogue facilitation (psychology of selves) and NLP coaching (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). NLP is essentially an operating manual of the mind. Through NLP your mind can be seen like a computer, examining, sometimes rewiring, and rebooting your brain programs.
The spiritual practices we offer balance mind body and spirit through exploring the energetics of selves in Voice Dialogue, Mindfulness & Yogic Philosophy, NLP, Yoga, Meditation, Native American spirituality, and other indigenous spiritual paths. Together we step into and connect to the realm of the divine.
Your coaching sessions will be supported by attending our weekly yoga and meditation classes and workshops. When possible we use venues out in nature so that we are physically benefitting and healing from the interconnectedness and beauty of our environment.
