Yoga out in nature!
We have a weekly Monday Yoga class held on the South Coast of the island under the stars, at the beach on a firm foundation with the waves as the orchestra. This class has been enjoyed for many years and has cultivated a special troupe of peace seekers who practice on a regular basis. In addition, we have nature classes on Saturday mornings and other classes on offer.
Join us and meet other local practitioners of yoga and make new friends in our meditation in motion yoga classes.
Nathalie was trained by the renowned Yogi Amrit Desai who is a pioneer of the yoga movement in the U.S.A. Her training is grounded through the timeless eyes of the lineage of Swami Kripalu-Bapuji. She is an advanced Amrit yoga teacher blending pranayama and asanas into a balance of deliberate action and deep surrender.
Over the past 12 years her yoga and meditation classes have developed into her own expression of a dance with the divine. With yoga as the backbone of the practice she dips into Native American spirituality, Transpersonal psychology and Shamanic visioning as the class intuitively unfolds bringing you union of heart, body and mind.
Nathalie has also teamed up with her daughter Brittany Golding who runs Bawa Yoga offering Ashtanga and Vinyasa flows. Visit bawayoga.com for more class options and to see Brittany's great offerings.
If you are hosting a retreat our yoga and meditation classes will definitely add an indigenous island flare to your offerings.
Private yoga classes can be arranged for either a group or as an individual session.
